If you have ordered the wrong size/style, we accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Please email us in 'Contact Us' to get the process started. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fee.
Regularly priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a shop credit. We do not accept refunds. Shop credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any Brilliant Boutique pieces. We ask that you please mail all returns in their original packaging.
